      LLCDC understands that it is our staff that maintains the quality level of our center. Understanding this, we strive to hire top quality professionals who believe in the uniqueness of children as set forth in our philosophy. Each staff member is credentialed through the Maryland State Dept. of Education.

      Our employees go through appropriate screening techniques, including state and federal background checks. Our director and assistant director observes the teachers in their classrooms on an on-going basis and security cameras are running 24 hours a day inside and out for extra protection.
